In the last year we have lost both Stuart Damon as Alan Quatermaine and Natalia Livingston as Emily Quartermaine and Lindzie Letherman as Georgie Jones-Quatermaine. Ned and Dillion, the children of Tracy Quartermaine, have been written off. ELQ, the company started by this family that has been part of so many storylines over the years, is barely heard of.

The only Quartermaine seen regularly onscreen, Jason Quartermaine Morgan, barely acknowledges his roots. There have not been any real storylines for anyone in the Quartermaine family for quite some time. Michael Corinthos, a Quartermaine by birth, only visits his biological family when a death happens.

2008 is not getting off to a good start either. The last of the adopted Quartermaines, Skye Chandler Quartermaine, has just been written off as well. If this is allowed to continue, the entire family will be gone by 2009.

We need storylines for the Quatermaines left onscreen. We need the return of these lost Quatermaines, and we need the ones who are currently on the canvas that ignore the blood tie to this family to wake up and start acting like the Quatermaines that they are!
